Welcome to 99bone. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99bone ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 99bone website at https://99bone.net, including all associated mobile interfaces, games, features, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 99bone Platform in any capacity — whether to browse, register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, claim a bonus, or interact with any part of our service — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 99bone Platform.

99bone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject only to reasonable efforts to inform registered players of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an active account on the 99bone Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and on a continuous basis, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts on 99bone.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with 99bone or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or operating a 99bone account.

99bone reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend and close any existing account where eligibility criteria are not met, without obligation to provide a reason for that decision beyond what is required by applicable law.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active 99bone account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any and all balances, pending withdrawals, and bonuses linked to those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99bone username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 99bone will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to the 99bone support team immediately.

• All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• You must log out fully after each session, particularly when accessing 99bone from a shared or public device.
• 99bone strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account for additional security.
• 99bone will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You may request the closure of your 99bone account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or liabilities that arose prior to the date of closure.

99bone supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the 99bone Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 99bone wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one business hour to reflect, subject to banking system availability.
• 99bone does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• GCash withdrawals are processed in under five minutes on average, subject to GCash service availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• 99bone reserves the right to request supporting identity documents before processing any withdrawal request, as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• Funds derived from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

99bone offers various promotional bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and special event promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to registered 99bone players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each promotional offer.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement). The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sports betting, and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed bonuses or bonuses where the wagering requirement has not been completed within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically.
• 99bone reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.

All bets placed on the 99bone Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the 99bone system. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference should not be assumed to have been placed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event, 99bone reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
• For sports betting markets, all rules pertaining to match start times, event cancellations, postponements, and void conditions are governed by the specific sportsbook rules applicable at the time of the event.
• Live casino games are conducted by third-party game providers whose platform rules apply in addition to 99bone's general betting rules. In the event of a conflict, the game provider's rules take precedence with respect to that specific game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game categories. These limits are displayed within each game environment and are subject to change at 99bone's discretion.
• 99bone reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single game round, spin, or event, as stated in the applicable game or market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99bone Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with 99bone games, betting markets, or the Platform in general.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or system vulnerabilities, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 99bone Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location.
• Registering an account with false, inaccurate, or another person's identity information.
• Accessing 99bone if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or have been permanently banned from the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 99bone support staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 99bone Platform — including but not limited to the 99bone name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99bone or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99bone Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or publicly display any 99bone content without express prior written consent from 99bone.
• The use of the 99bone brand, logo, or any associated trademark in any external publication, website, social media post, or advertisement without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99bone and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 99bone Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond 99bone's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the 99bone Platform that is subject to change without notice.

99bone is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on our Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to negatively affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, we strongly encourage you to use the responsible gaming tools available within your 99bone account, including:

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 99bone's support team to attempt an informal resolution of the dispute. 99bone will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve any complaint within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels as described above.
